Holy socks!

It's been a hard day's night.
I should be sleepin.
Like a log.

...But I'm up blogging instead, of course!

Today was pretty chill - literally. I froze my buns off at work, since Boss doesn't believe in space heaters.
Thankfully, I had my trusty Beatles CD to pull me through. But my hands, toes, and lips were literally blue by the time I walked (ran) out.

Being cold is not my favorite.

However, I WAS reunited with one of my favorites, today. Upon digging through the treasure trove that is my sock drawer, (in search of fuzzies that will save my toes from FROSTBITE...I have waged war against our tile floors.) I found:

Even the toey has not escaped destruction. =[

There ought to be a Pandora Radio Addicts Anonymous for people like me.)

To make it worse, Mum suggested I throw them away. Blasphemer.

No matter how holy, I will always love these sockies.
I want to be buried with them when I die.
In fact, I will come back to haunt you if this does not happen.

So yeah. I just wasted a half hour writing about socks.
On to foodage!

For brekkie, I baked muffins, since Mum has been bothering me to make them for weeks.
Geez, woman.

Then showered, tamed my lion mane, and prepared for take off.
"Preparing" meaning "lunch", of course.

Turkey and Havarti sammie with Club crackers.
Not a wonderful pitchur, since I was running a tad late.

Work was redonkulously slow due to poopy weather. I think maybe 15 people came in over 5 hours.
Secretly, I love days like this. Because I get to have oh-so-juicy chats (did you know a synonym for "chat" is "powwow"? Learn something new every day when you have friends like mine.) with the other girls.
About fun things. Like STDs and teen pregnancy.

Also learned that I'm taller and weigh less than the girl I thought was much smaller than me.
ED just won't let me see it. =/

Anywho. During my 15min break, I eloped with my new lover:

Self-explanatory, I think.

This flavor had to grow on me. It's very complex, especially compared to Cashew Cookie.
But I decided I liked it. And you know what I liked even more?

Whole almonds!

*munch munch*

While Mr. Larabar and I were partyin' it up, Mr. Apple got jealous.

So I ate him.

When I got back home to my nice, WARM room, I lit my cupcake candle and settled down into the 18th century. (Yes, AP Euro. Again.)
Then a very tragic event indeed occured.

R.I.P. Cupcake candle.
Your delicious, buttery scent will be forever drooled over.

Whilst mourning this loss, I realized it was din din time. So I cooked my sorrows into a stir-fry.

Yummay.

And I was hankering for a sundae. Therefore:

Vanilla ice cream with homemade chocolate fudge sauce.
And a cherry.
He's a little camera shy.

So that thar be my day. A little dull, but tomorrow promises to be fantastical.
